My
name is Heather, and at age 36, I experienced the joint and cumulative
effects of the several components that comprise Lynne's health
and fitness philosophy.
I
have had the privilege of attending Lynne's group exercise classes
for approximately 3 years, I have taken her small group specialty
classes, enrolled in personal training, and participated in her
Fat Fighters program.
I
think what has impressed me, was that I started from a strong
position of physical fitness and health, but by undertaking the
constant and positive challenges Lynne gives to her clients and
students, I was able to build upon that foundation in a dramatic
manner in the relatively short period of time of 6 months.
Starting
in the late summer of 2003, I dropped approximately 20 pounds
in just over 3 months' time by scrutinizing and modifying my diet
and fitness routine under the Fat Fighters program, expanded the
scope of my workout regimen, maintained my weight loss over the
challenging holiday period and the winter, and was primed to take
on my next set of fitness goals when spring came around.
Returning
to one's optimal college weight range and seizing a desired level
of physical fitness is truly gratifying!
Finally,
I believe that the fitness level that Lynne has helped me to achieve
is essential to keeping up with the challenges of my work and
family. As Lynne says, "Go get it!"
