I started training with Lynne in April. Since that time I have
lost 20 pounds and have gone from a tight size 38-inch waist to
a loose 36.
Whenever
I meet someone that I have not seen for a while I usually get
some looks of amazement at how much weight I have lost and how
much younger I look.
Lynne
is a great motivator and knows how to get results out of every
work-out. It seems as though my body changes each time I work
out with Lynne. Every training session is different and presents
a new challenge. Before one session, my back was sore and Lynne
came up with a completely different training plan that would not
put any stress on my back.
I
just completed the Chicago Half-Marathon on Sunday, September
10, 2000. When I started working out with the running club in
March, I was usually the last one to finish. I had never run more
than 5 miles before! I quickly realized that I could not keep
up with the running if I did not increase my muscle tone. Lynne
did this for me!

Trainers Note: Although Randy's weight lost is substantial;
his fat loss is even higher! He now has muscles where he did not
know muscles existed! He plays competitive basketball at Rush
Copley, meets with me once a week, and works out on his own at
least once more.
