offer Group and Individual Personal Training Services
in your home,
mine,
your church, at your work, and now offering e-training.
My clients range from the elite
athlete to the novice. My training techniques include Cardio Vascular
Conditioning, Weight Training and Weight bearing exercise
(where
appropriate), strong Nutritional and Dietary suggestions and
Flexibility
Training.
I
offer modifications
for specific strengths and weaknesses based
on
the individuals personal goals.
I
train with a certain intensity
that is only matched by my enthusiasm.
I
believe that there is no magic wand or easy pill!
I
am able to motivate you well beyond what you ever thought possible!
I
will create for you several work-out regimens that you can take
on
the
road, use in a gym, at home or in the pool.
